The Pard Building Company was set up by Rory and Mick in 2023. We have both worked together in construction for 10+ years, between Bristol and Cornwall and have been friends for even longer. This is the reason for the company name; ‘Pard’, the Cornish word for friend.

We carry out all aspects of building, but are particularly interested in sustainable building; find us on the Green Register.

We are based in South East Cornwall, but do work further afield depending on the project.

Please get in touch to see how we can help.
